K. Williams Resources is designing a new site. This site will provide
advertising space for software companies to promote their products. This
advertisement will be 100% free.

We are only accepting submissions for software that can be downloaded
from the internet....whether it is the full version, or the trial
version.

Your potential customers will be directed to your home page from our
site, and should be considered pre qualified buyers, as we will already
have provided them with a summary of your software....meaning that if
they follow the link to your site, they are obviously interested in your
product. They will purchase the product directly from your site.....we
just advertise the product, we don't distribute it.

Free ads are limited to 100 words at this time. Eventually, K. Williams
Resources will offer prime advertising space at a reasonable cost on the
site.

Our future plans include publishing an E-Zine which will feature hot new
software, include articles comparing software, and a section where we
rate software. Advertising space in the E-Zine will also be available at
a reasonable cost.

To add your submission, please send the following information to
kwilliams@imsday.com

*A summary of the product, not to exceed 200 words.
*The location where the software can be purchased and
       downloaded.
*The purchase price of the software.
     *Contact name and e-mail address.

We will notify you via email as soon as your advertisement has been
included at our site.

Thank You,
K. Williams Resources
