Guten Tag

ich habe heute die Firma Topmarkt wegen Spammen zum ersten und
letzten mal verwarnt. Die Eskalation kam ohne Header. Hat noch
jemand diesen Spam bekommen? Bitte mailt oder postet dieses zu
mir.
Ich brauche Beweise... die nicht von Outlook verstuemmelt wurden
:-\

err. Da kommt eben eine zweite Eskalation rein... mit Header.
Siehe unten! Ich habe also meine (spaete) Rechtfertigung :-D

SMTP-Host (mail.dial.lan.ch; 194.230.57.12) war Sunrises
IP-Block oder genauer: LAN-Services (Kopie geht an deren Admin).

>inetnum: 194.230.57.0 - 194.230.57.255
>netname: LAN-SERVICES
>descr: LAN Services AG
>descr: Lyss, Switzerland
>country: CH
>admin-c: MJ393-RIPE
>tech-c: MJ393-RIPE
>status: ASSIGNED PA
>notify: ip-reg@plusnet.ch
>mnt-by: AS5426-MNT
>changed: daniel.dubuis@sunrise.ch 19980603
>source: RIPE

BDW. Die "rechtliche" Rechtfertigung des Spamms ist schon fast
kreativ. ... auf jeden Fall kreativer als die Seite

<->

tnx, cu
michel
