>We do use a partial list of existing swiss "xyz.ch" domains to contact the
>holders of swiss domain names. This list contains only the single
>information "domainname.ch". There is no other information about you we know
>or store.
>
>We do not sell or communicate this database to third parties. It is only
>used to contact the "info" responsible of the swiss domain sites.
>
>Yoodle does not use the Whois database to contact their correspondents, as
>it is against the acceptable use policy of Switch. Using it would prevent us
>to send mails to wrong adresses or wrong correspondents, but we have to
>stick to the above mentionned policy : sometime good intentions have their
>pervert side-effects !

>- We send our e-mails only to a community for which an index is a usefull
>tool in his web activity and/or presence. Of course, we may contact some
>uninterested people : these are the side effects like any human activity
>experiences.

>- We use the address that is usually set up for such purposes

>- There is no legal norm in Switzerland that we infringe.
