Hi everybody

There were no reports about voting irregularities within the five day
period after publication of the results of the CHancelbot operater vote
(Message-ID: <michael.bleichenbacher-2611991021510001@mbmac.ethz.ch>).

CHancelbot may be activated any time from now by Marc Schaefer and
Matthias Leisi. They are now responsible for maintenance of the CHancelbot
as defined by the CHancelCHarter (vote of spring 99,
Message-ID:<370fae94.16026868@news.bluewin.ch>).
