Big tarball, includes html files, screenshots, and full example source 
tree for each section.

It's still the same 6 sections from version 0.1, but now it has been 
updated to work with kapptemplate 0.2, and a few things have been corrected.

Roberto hatte schon vorher angek�ndigt, da� er als Tutorial die
Entwicklung eines kleinen KDE-Apps durchziehen wollte. Das scheint es
jetzt zu sein.
