Hello, I'm looking for good network card for linux, for an intesive usage (ISP proxy servers ~ 5-10 Mbits/sec CONTINOUS, and cpu=60%) Actually we use dec500 cards (with the de4x5 drivers - kernel 2.2.16) In Compaq Proliant 1850 Servers but we have some problems ... Regullary (4-6 / year) we have problemes with them : kernel: eth0: Insufficient memory; nuking packet. last message repeated 430 times ... (this probleme occurs to in in and off peak hours) Did somebody else have the same problems ? (with the same card or with others network cards) ? Tanks in advance. Regards.
