Chicago (IL) : Implementation Coordinator - $65000/Year

Our client is a unique outsourcing service company providing 
telecom and IT services and support to tenants of commercial 
office towers. Through on-site staff and centralized infrastructure, 
they simplify the world of technology for mid to smaller-sized 
companies and offer high performance technology, outstanding 
service, improved productivity and cost savings. Each building
is operated as a profit centre.

They are a young company with big plans and they are looking for

Position Summary
This position will be responsible for ensuring all customer requirements are met within predetermined deadlines including the planning and coordination of details related to the installation and cut-over of new customers' voice and data systems.  This person will be required to regularly travel (50%) to client sites within the Greater Chicago Area. This individual will work closely with customers, internal technical support team, field staff, and the sales team.  This position will report to the Implementation Manager.

�	Minimum 2-3 years related experience in a telecommunications or IT environment.

Education
�	Relevant university degree (IT or Engineering) or equivalent in technical training.
�	Fundamentals of project management methodologies are preferred.
