Chicago (IL) : Operations Manager - $110000/Year

Our client is a unique outsourcing service company providing telecom and IT
services and support to tenants of commercial office towers. Through on-site
staff and centralized infrastructure, they simplify the world of technology
for mid to smaller-sized companies and offer high performance technology,
outstanding service, improved productivity and cost savings. Each building
is operated as a profit centre.

They are a young company with big plans and they are looking for talented,
entrepreneurial people to join their team, help drive rapid growth and share
in the success.

This role will have bottom-line responsibility for the launch and operation
of each building and their clients. They will work with property management
and technical staff to coordinate the installation of infrastructure in the
building. On an ongoing basis, they will work closely with sales personnel
while managing a team of ICs and Account Supervisors, drawing on centralized
HR, marketing and technical resources when necessary.

Education
�University degree, business or IT preferred.

Skills/Attributes
�The ideal candidate is a business generalist with strong technical, project
management, and leadership/management skills and experience
�Sales experience either in support or management role helpful
�Winning "customer service attitude" a must
�Team player and self starter

Possible Backgrounds
�2 to 4 years with systems consulting firm.
�Currently a manager with an IT outsourcing company (GE, EDS Systemshouse,
IBM, Compugen)
