Probably the documentation will be better than me, but I suppose that
the client and server exchange RSA keys and then generate a random
IDEA key and send it encrypted with RSA.

NB: IDEA must be disabled if you use ssh commercially, else you have
    to pay a licence to Ascom Tech. Also you only have the right to
    use the RSAREF-free software, you should not download it from US.
    DES can be used instead of IDEA.
