You've hit the nail smack right on the head with this one. Its not clear
why anyone should pay anything more than the "normal" cost to register a domain
here as opposed to registering your domain somewhere else  (of course, then you
cannot have a .ch domain, but whether or not that is a disadvantage is an
excersize left to the reader).

This fact, coupled with the fact that the internet providers in Switzerland
are, putting it mildly, atrocious (perhaps they should be called "Internet
Service Removers") makes me wonder why anyone would register here. Unless,
of course, they feel that registering here brings obvious advantages (if you
do, please let me know)
