We can host your HTML documents for free under the following
conditions:

   - non-commercial (non profit) use only
   - you must follow the HTML 2.0 specification without any Netscape
     extensions and your HTML documents must be browseable with
     Lynx and the latest version of Mosaic. You should test your
     HTML documents with htmlcheck or similar. Using the Emacs HTML mode
     might be a good idea. Testing with Netscape is totally optionnal,
     but keep in mind that interoperability is the goal and test with
     all clients if you can.
   - Images must be kept short, preferably in jpg form, with a selectable
     way of retrieving the full image.
   - In general, the motto ``Information and structuration is better than
     presentation'' should be followed.
