Hello there,

There is currently a position available within our Swiss support organisation,
here are the details:

TITLE:		System Support Engineer

DEPARTMENT:		Enterprise Services		

MANAGER:		Antonio Rua

LOCATION:		Gland

START DATE:		AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

MAIN TASKS:

-	Support and act as a primary technical contact for the mission-critical
	customers

-	Provide technical, planning and review assistance at customer site

-	Install, service and repair Sun products within a production environment

-	Provide second level system problem diagnosis on telephone and on
	on site

-	Anticipate customer's requirements and come up with solutions that
	fullfil these requirements

PREREQUISTES:

-	Technical education (EPFL, ETS, ET or equivalent) or technical
	apprenticeship with additional training

-	Proven track record in customer support

-	In-depth knowledge of Solaris operating environment and related server
	products

-	Strong knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol and associated network services
	such as DNS, NIS, NIS+, SMTP, etc...

-	Outstanding communication skills and customer focus

-	Highly motivated and mature behaviour

-	Strong self-initiative and teamwork oriented

-	Open to learn and prepared to work in a changing environment

-	MBO (Management By Objectives) oriented

-	Exposure to quality management and ISO9000 quality system

-	Fluency in French and English

-	Driving licence
