Fujitsu M2652P IPI Disk not visible !

Hi, 

we have an Sun Server 4/490 with SunOS 4.1.1 and a
ISP-80 Disk Controller.
After installation of the Fujitsu M2652P Disk we get the folowing 
error message during boot :

   idc0: ctlr message: 'FW revision date = 8/28/90 , level = 254 '
   idc0: ctlr message: 'Warning:  drive 1 may require formatting '
   .
   .
   id001: read: Uncorrectable Data Check. 
   id001 at idc0 facility 1

If we try format the disk, the format command dosen't see the disk !

We tryed the same on a SunServer 690MP with SunOS 1.1.3 with the same
result. 

Has anyone any ideeas how to solve this problem?
