Dans un arrêt daté du 7 mars 2013 la Cour d'Appel de Lyon a indiqué
que  les écrits de Roger Gonnet diffusés sur le net contre Jean-Luc
Barbier présentent un caractère outrageant ou méprisant.

Une peine d’amende de 1000 euros avec sursis a été prononcée contre
Roger Gonnet.
