Why not do this the *EASY* way??
$ station=KIlCHI69 # or whatever the 'neighborhood' station is you want
$ page='weatherstation/WXDailyHistory.asp'
$ parms='ID='${station}'&wuSelect=PWS&format=1'
$ wget -qO- http://www.wunderground.com/${page}?${parms} >${station}.csv
