Just having spent an hour with customer service in Manila and Calcutta, it seems to me that they are really trying hard to dump legacy customers. Both Manila and Calcutta had me do the same steps, which fixed nothing. Now I have a 20 digit trouble ticket in with the "expert department". Run away, fast !
