I'm going to guess no, since VRAD seems to be shorthand for "video ready
access device".

Not sure if one size fits all but this is a picture of one...

I know I've seen people say they seen them on poles, but according to the
russian again, if we ever get it around here, it's going to look like that
picture (on the ground). He said to keep an eye out if another box gets
built next to the one at Hamlin/Montrose, after 60 days of testing it should
be able to provide service.

Seems kind of far away to me, but maybe after it gets there, they have some
kind of repeater or extender.
