I recently added WWA to my list of ISPs.

The folks at WWA seem to have a nice customer attitude -
but need a little attention to the details....
sure, this is a growing cottage industry, but come on folks.

I received some info via E-mail -

I filled out the application and sent in a check - to the address listed.
WWA moved downtown - and they now only check the old PO box once a week.

I was called today to say the account was setup and was faxed some info.
The fax did not list the Lombard location and did not even have their new Chicago number.
It also mentioned there were 2 Email POP servers and you had to put in the appropriate name,
but which on was assigned to me?

I dialed into the Chicago site - but could not get past the password prompt.
I tried calling the tech support number on the FAX (708) 367-1870,
I think it was forwarded or disconnected - anyway - it was a fast busy.

So - I logged onto another provider - and sent WWA tech support a msg.

Now I have the Lombard number - from the Chicago providers list -
and dialed it - but now I can't get past the Userid prompt -

Of course I have no problem getting into 3 other ISPs along with all the other online services,
so it must be WWA in this case.

Just wanted to share this initial signup experience with WWA -
