Karl has instituted a class of service called 'Personal Dedicated' for about
$75 per month (I think) that does allow this type of service. No custom domain
names registration but 3rd party traffic and 24hr connect time is permitted.

If I'm incorrect I'm sure Karl will set the record straight.
