Monroe is on W. Monroe, something like 1000-1500 W.  Local from the 
southern tip of Rogers' park, through all Hyde Park, and from the lake, 
west to take in a bit of the 708 burbs as well.

The Chicago providers' FAQ should help generally with this, as it shows 
locations of pops in a general fashion, but you can also call the phone 
co business office to ask if your local to exchange xxx.
