Please note:

I responded to Mr. Denninger personally and privately, but in order to
prevent further confusion, I will post an additional message here for
clarification.

I wish to apologize to the online community for my oversight and posting
information that was already available.  I am clearly stating here that it
was NOT intended to violate any standards that have been setup for the
creation of the chi.* newsgroup heirarchy.  The mistake was mine and I
take responsiblity for it.

I do not know and it is not my place to say.  A FAQ should be written, or
if it has not been done already, addenda should be made to the Chi.*
newsgroup heirarchy charter.

Yes it is.  I have already stated that the double posting was a mistake on
my part.  Again, I apologize for that oversight.
