Bzzzt! Sorry, wrong answer. 

Tezcat was truly wonderful, but they were not the local ISP swallowed
by the cable company then swallowed by the giant. That would be
Enteract. They were bought by 21st Century cable, who was then gobbled
up by RCN. Tezcat's owners decided to get out of the business and sold
their equipment and customers to Ripco, but retain the domain name to
this day to keep it from being used inappropriately.
