In article booger@nosespam.com says... > did you pop into the tigerdirect store just down the block? I haven't been there yet but checked them out online. The prices on some of their bundled build your own packages are better than Microcenter (Microcenter doesn't offer bundles) but their regular PCs, laptops and desktops are more expensive. Microcenter has a lot of sub $300 laptops now and they're getting better and better. I bought a laptop used in the late 90s for $1000. Tigerdirect is also located too close to the Fullerton/Damen/Elston intersection and I'm always afraid of getting stuck in their parking lot. I only needed a power supply and Microcenter had one for $12.
