The problem is yahoo is fucking stupid. they don't get email, at all. The 
people over at AOL (and yes AOL has support people you can talk to about 
mail issues if you're a provider are actually pretty good.)

google has no apparent contact of any sort, but I've never had issues with 
them with bullshit throttling or blacklisting or whatever they call their 
combination of stupidity and outages over at yahoo.
