Debit cards are tied to _your_ money, so the bank gives a fuck about 
getting it back. Credit cards are tied to _their_ money, so, in my and 
many other people's experience, they've been very good about getting 
that back from the originator or, at least, not holding the person who 
got fucked for the charges.
