I'm sure everyone heard the news and since it covered Chicago and 
involved the Internet, a shout out to it should be mentioned here.  I 
can't believe they just shut it down.  There has to be another shoe 
about to drop.  Whatever.

Thats how it was named by Cecil Adams in his Straight Dope Column, the
"Dark Web". Anyways it looks like a scam to get people to load the
special software and use the bitcoin bank.
