clout mail loops

Been there.  Did that.  Can't get mail to anyone at clout, thanks to a loop:

  <postmaster@clout.chi.il.us> ... loop detection: maximum hop count exceeded
  ...
  Received: from clout.uucp by clout.uucp with smtp
          (Smail3.1.27.1 #1) id m0nQoBO-00047GC; Tue, 23 Feb 93 01:11 CST
  Received: from clout.uucp by clout.uucp with smtp

...ad nauseam.  (BTW, the bounce came back at 19:11 CST, not 01:11.)

Someone fix, please?
