Mail Problems?

Has a machine been down (or up and down) between the .chi.il.us mail route and
the local Motorola gateway?  I've been having mail bounce bigtime going in that
direction, and the owners address didn't change.  (And mail from there to me
has also bounced...)

Just curious...
