	You call his statements "clear"?  I call them anything but.

	1)  If clout has the capacity to pass the volumes of traffic that it
	    does without degrading service then what does it matter?

	2)  I don't see in the slightest how the large amount of traffic via
	    trinity and gagme are affecting either Suess or chinet.

	3)  A lot of the traffic passed via clout to gagme over the last
	    few weeks has been for me.  I will take the responsibility of
	    of that.  This is also something that should be ending right 
	    about now.  (Explanations of why I have been sending large amounts
	    of data via clout will be sent via email to anyone that feels 
	    he / she has a need to know.)

        4)  The clout admins have publically stated that there is nothing wrong
	    with the amounts being passed.

        5)  Gagme feeds mail (which it gets from clout) to other downstream
	    sites.  Some of those statistics reflect that.
