Does it happen to include information regarding the abusive/harassing
police department
and the corruptive town hall which spent $10,000 on BBS software running
on a 486/66 with
1 phone line?

It does link the VOP Police page, and it does suggest the BBS systems
is WAAAAY out of date . . .

Heh, yeah, several of them.
They've stopped me in front of a house (blocking me in the drive way) while
on foot, claiming I yelled "Hey!" at someone.

I've been hasseled and told to leave a park at 8pm when the sign for the
park clearly said it closed at 9pm. They said thats only for lighted parks
(um, then
why put the sign?).

They also like to perform illegal searches. They searched my friend, he said
he did not consent, the police officer said "well, i think you do". <shrug>

A friend was pulled over and ticketed him for a minor thing, he swore at the
officer and the officer said "I know where you live and i know that stop
sign on that street, I'll be out there every morning motherfucker ready for
you".

Also using bad language on their bbs, results in you getting a call from a
detective to say thats illegal.

Their officers (atleast 2), have had to leave, or have been kicked out
because of making advances onto female motorists for sexual acts. One of
these officers said it was a setup against him by the village.
