Dear Fellow Taxpayer,

  My Name is Raymond Kirkus, I am a natural born American. I am also a
working and  taxpaying citizen of  this country. I am married and have
2 children. Like most of the unheard Americans I expect nothing from
this country and have managed to support my family throughout the
years. I am aware of my obligation to my family and children. I  used
to believe in the American Justice system and that the  TRUTH  was
always the main objective of this system. I understand that that there
is not enough time in a day to read all the junk mail you get nor do
most people . I know I don�t. So I will get right  to the point.

  You may have read statistics that child abuse, neglect and sexual
abuse is on the rise. That the number of cases that "family and
children�s" service agencies investigate are blowing out of
proportion. These cases are growing and  taxpayers are footing the
bill. Most people believe that these social service agencies are
beneficial to their communities, that the case workers are actually
there to help real victims of  abuse and neglect. This is a total lie.
These agencies thrive and grow on the misfortune of others. The more
cases they have, the more federal money they get. The more money they
get, the more jobs they create. This is good business for them.
Unfortunately, the children who need help the most are ignored and
left behind. The accused parents become secondary victims and do not
get charged with a crime. This is due to lack of evidence. However,
the lack of evidence does not prevent them from labeling the parents
as perpetrators of some type of abuse/neglect. The agencies suck you
into a juvenile court system in which you have no rights. You cannot
face your accuser. You cannot use facts as evidence. You cannot speak
without an attorney. If you are not indigent, you must hire one even
if it will bankrupt you. Without due process, you are manipulated by
the system into submitting yourself to psychological and parenting
evaluations at your own expense and time to prove to a social worker
(your government employee) that you are fit to be a parent. These are
not requests, but demands. If you do not comply, the case workers will
threaten to take your child or children. It is a major problem in this
country. I am a victim. You do not know if I am guilty of any type of
child abuse or neglect. But I know, my family knows and all the
reports prove what is happening with my case. The court system does
not want the facts . The agencies do not want the facts. The lawyer,
that I paid, doesn�t even want the facts. This is a bureaucratic way
of railroading parents into going along with the demands of social
workers. 3000 people a day are falsely accused of abuse and neglect.
These parents end up living a nightmare. Only 4 out of 30 are actually
guilty of doing something wrong. This does not exclude the other 26
people from being dragged through a wringer and in many cases
financially ruined. In most cases , the children who were supposed to
be helped, never are. I have looked everywhere for support  but no one
is out there for the parents. Luckily I found the Coalition of
Parents, a rather small but rapidly growing group of falsely accused
parents and I am one. I agree that there are abused and neglected
children in today�s society. I believe they are in dire need of help,
intervention and assistance. I believe that no one should be abused. I
hope that anyone who reads this letter knows of someone who has been
falsely accused. The number is growing exponentially. Beware my fellow
Americans! All it takes anymore is a phone call from a mad relative ,
neighbor, teacher  or even a do-gooder at the supermarket to get you
wrapped up in this system. A system which threatens you with the loss
of your children if you do not go along with all their demands. May
your God help you and your family if you get singled out.

  I am asking for your help. I am not asking for myself nor my family.
I don�t  think that anyone can help us right now. I am however asking
for your support for the Coalition of Parents. This is the only group
out there that will try to help you when you are alone in this. I am
also dedicating my time and resources to help other falsely accused
parents with support  and whatever else I am capable of. My  e-mail
