Male looking for room in same sex OR coed house or apartment, OR own 1
bedroom apartment.  Looking to move in this summer, preferably june 1st
Should be:
* NON SMOKERS!
* clean
* easy to get along with roommates
* respectfull
* decent sized room, maybe 10 x 12 (at lest?)
* looking to pay $200 - $300 a month.
* utilities included is a plus
* fitness center is a plus
* free washer/drier in residence also a plus
* by bidwell park/ in shady part of town also a plus (ie on csuc side of
train tracks, opposite nord)
