G'day. I'm running a linux box w/ an ethernet connection (in Kowkow). I'm interested in being able to exchange IPX packets with a Win95 machine connectiong via dialup. The options I've come up w/ are this: 1. Some sort of IPX over IP tunneling Unfortunetely, I've found no suitably cross-platform method. 2. PPP (or SLIP, or the like) carrying IPX over telnet over IP This is easy to do from the linux side of things. I have no idea how to make the Windows side of it work, however. PPTP would work in Win95 were able to serve it (as a linux client's available), but it's NT-only. --- Thoughts?
