Estimados

Quiero hacer una cosnulta,

cuando uno hace una pagina web solicitada por una empresa en una relacion 
informal, la entrego para las pruebas pertinentes, y la empresa no te paga 
nunca se hace la loca, y pasan un a�o y no te pagan, y depsues te exigen que 
les entregues los archivos fuetes de flash (que la pagina contiene) y todo 
el archivo fuente de la pagina (esta en html y flash), pero no te quieren 
pagar nada. Quien es el due�o de estos archivos y la pagina?

Actualmente la modificaron, o sea estan usando trabajo mio modificado para 
ellos, hay alguna cosa legal que yo pueda hacer ahi?

Estan usando algo que yo cree, tengo los archivos fuente, y nunca me la 
pagaron, se apropiaron de ella mientras estaba en periodo de pruebas 
cambiandole las claves al server hosting.

Que puedo hacer? alguien sabe o se le ocurre?
