Err... no estoy seguro de entender bien. Tengo que darle accesos a la tabla 
"user" o al servidor, por medio de esa tabla? estoy usando phpmyadmin, y no 
veo nada de lo que me explicas, debiera usar la interfaz de comandos en su 
lugar?

No s� c�mo buscar mas info en la documentaci�n de mysql, alguna sugerencia?
