Estimados, algo que creo que es simple...

Tengo una columna con datos, por ejemplo:

45
34
64
24
56
73
46
53

Y deseo, con una funci�n, contar los valores comprendidos entre 40 y 60 (por 
ejemplo) que est�n en la columna. Con el contar.si me permite un criterio, 
�c�mo se combinan dos criterios o un intervalo de valores?
