In the context of a Latin American project aproved by the ASO (American States
Organization), we need to establish contact with researchers and academics all
over the world who have interest in the related topics. The name of the project
is "Tridimensional Cartography for the use and training of the visual 
handicape", and it has already started the activities in Brazil, Argentina and
Chile.
Ii is important for  us to know the current state of investigations and 
conclusions about this issue, in diferents areas around the world.
