On behalf of the City of Long Beach, California, and the Long Beach -
Valparaiso Sister Cities Committee, I am running a trade mission to Chile
from May 3-12.  In Chile, we're going to spend three nights in Vina del
Mar and four nights in Santiago.  We will be meeting with high-level
government officials as well key business leaders in Santiago.  Our Trade
and Commerce Committee will arrange one-on-one meetings and introductions
for trade mission participants with potential business partners, buyers,
sellers and clients in Chile.  Our goal is to help participants establish
and increase trade with Chile.  (The trade mission is open to anyone --
not just residents of the Long Beach area.)

I need advice about marketing this program.  Does anyone have any
suggestions?  We've mailed our brochure to some small lists, and we're
trying to get local PR.  Does anyone have lists of persons interested in
doing business in Chile?  If you have any advice or tips, they would be
