I am writing a report on our Computer and Information Services department here
at Pitt.  I would like to compare various aspects of our department with other
school's similar departments.  In particular, I would like to compare:
                services offered
                hierarchial structure
                simple budget information (over last few years)
                general student usage and satisfaction figures.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I will reciprocate with like
information about Pitt's CIS department.
There is a catch however, I need my research to be almost complete in about 2.5
weeks.  Therefore I would not expect significant depth in the info.  What I am
looking for is breadth, so any responses, no matter how subjective or objective
would be useful. Please respond to kowalski@a.psc.edu.
