At the office our users have locked down Win NT 4.0 PCs. Although the policies do not allow them to install software they can change the Time and Date. When a user tries to change their time Zone it allows the change but does not save the change. I do realize that users with Admin privilages or power user accounts will be able to make these changes and they will stick but I also want users without these privilages to make time zone changes as well.
