Hello!

I have big problems with my Microtek ScanMaker IIs under WinNT4.0.

The Driver wich are included when you buy the scanner are 16-Bit-Driver, and
the don't run under NT4.0.

You can install the driver but when they try to get access to the adress
"d400" NT makes a failure.

Does anyone have a 32-Bit-Driver for this Scanner for NT4.0?
Does anyone know how you can tell WindowsNT to give 16-Bit-Tasks access to
the adress "d400"?

Thanks a lot!!

Daniel

Is that a paralell port scanner / scanner with its own non-scsi interface
card? ? If so it probably tries to access the hardware directly, and that is
not supported under NT.

If you haven't already, try the Microtek web site in case they have NT
drivers. 16-bit drivers won't work on NT.
