Does anyone know of a printer driver to a window ?
The idea being to completely emulate a printer - rendering fonts, images
etc - but to a scaleable window...

The idea is to use this generic printer driver to render to a known 'paper
size', scale it to the screen for preview, then, redirect to a real printer
for hardcopy...

Any ideas ?
