Hi need to change my shut down screen or shut down message on Winnt WS.
I can not use winnt256.bmp.  does someone know somme thing about that.

My nees is to get a shut down message verry fast that will prevent user
to close the machine to fast and prevent to corup there roaming
profile.  I can't use .man profile.
