I have installed Antivirus Pro on one of my NT 4 workstation boxes and this
program runs as a service, now the Machine is giving me problems, I reckon
that this AVP service is draining system resources.

I need to be able to stop the service from starting up, like in 95 the way
you can stop startup programs from running.

I there any way I can stop Nt services from starting If i cannot boot into
NT
