Dear Sirs!

          For more than three years our company has successfully
represented leading US paint manufacturers such as Kelly Moore, Benjamin
Moore, Parker Brothers etc. in the Russian Far Eastern market.

          In connection with an economic situation in Russia, we have
begun to make good quality, but extremely well priced interior as well
as exterior latex paint - US BEST.  This paint is created  by mixing a
variety of colors of the same grades of paints received by us from the
manufacturers as color mistakes, made by them at fulfillment of their
orders.

This process has allowed us to reduce the price of the paint down to $
0.93 for 1 liter. Scale of colors is rather wide and running (white,
light gray, light brown, beige, pink, etc.)

          The quality of our paint, according to the analyses made in
laboratories of the manufacturers, does concede to the  quality of their
regular production with a warranty in extreme weather conditions for up
to 20 years.

Packaging: 1 Gal., 5 Gal., 55 Gal. (1 US Gallon = 3,75 liters)
Delivery terms: 20 ft. container containing about 4000 Gallons. (15,000
liters.)

The following options of joint ventures are possible:
1)  Delivery of manufacturer�s color mistakes for the price of $ 0,66
per 1 liter.
      Packaging - 1 Gal., 5 Gal., 55 Gal.  With the company�s labels and
instructions in
      English/ Russian (labels can be printed in other languages as
well).
2)  Delivery of a range of our regular product, US BEST - base color

The paint has been tested in many areas of Russia with great results.
