I have received the impression from a few people that this protocol
that UUCICO.EXE uses is not at the top of the list of efficient ways
to transfer feeds.  Unfortunatly, DOS-waffle appears to only come
with this one protocol option.  By this time though I would expect
(but not getting my hopes up) that someone has written a replacement
for UUCICO.EXE which is much more efficient.
