I tried using the "experimental" -k switch with Waffle's uucico, which, it
turns out, changes the packet size. Tried -k1024. Waffle (well, either
Waffle or my feed, which runs Taylor) insisted on changing the packet
size back to 64. Window size 7, packet size 64.

I may try that. I'm going to try turning off either error correction or,
actually, data compression (turning off compression makes a little more
sense to me).
