Hi. I'm thinking about starting a PCboard BBS. I have a demo copy of the
software set up on the computer, but I want to set up Usenet and Internet
e-mail access. Preferably should be a shareware program because I don't want
to commit to anything just yet. Any thoughts?

I believe PC-Ohio has something.. might want to check with them.

I don't know of a shareware package that will provide integrated Internet
e-mail to PCBoard. I use pcbuucp from merlin systems (around $75.00), but I
also use waffle 1.65 as a door. Waffle is much better at handling
downstream feeds and large #'s of usenet newsgroups (full feed from
satelite). Give my BBS a call and see how they both work, 508-587-PONY.
