On the few occasions (2 or 3) I've been stopped in Cleveland... yeah,
they do make traffic stops... :) the officers I've talked to have at least
been professional. Not even close to a couple of experiences I've had with
CH. During one of those experiences, a woman was trying to bust me for
something that isn't illegal. I think she finally backed down because she
figured that when I went to court, the case would have been dismissed in
about two seconds.

I'll take your word for that. The question becomes, what's being done to
prevent the illegal enrollments?

A beautiful Chow puppy was rescued a couple months ago from the Geauga County,
Ohio animal shelter and has been fostered in a home in Montville, OH. After
