You should always be cautious of postings placed by others, and when
you are responding to them, always be carefull of just whom "you" are
dealing with.

If you are posting for a business, please do this.
- Obtain References for the business from the following; Friends, or
  The local Chamber of Commerce, or local Law Enforcement Agencies.
  Also check to see if they are listed in the local phone book where
  this business is "supposedly" headquartered/based at, and/or is well
  known in the area where they are conducting such business with a
  well known reputation to back them.

If you are placing this for a person, please do this.
- Obtain how long they have been in business doing what they are
  doing, and/or if it is just a part-time hobby/job for them, and if
  so, what "if any", qualifications they may have. (i.e. number of
  years/months or any experience, certificates and/or any degrees)

If you are posting for Available Information, please do this.
- Determine how long this "Service" has been offered and what exactly
  this "Information" details, and if they are authorized to Offer such
  "Information" to Others. Also if this "Information" states anywhere
  that one should send money, if so, it should state specifically what
  the money is going to be used for.

NOTE: This should also be Determined/Obtained from each:
      Has/is this Business/Person/Information Service, registered
      in or with the state where they are advertising/preforming said
      service(s), and if so, do they have permission/are they properly
      licensed from such state to conduct said business and/or offer
      said services.

Placement of Messages/Ads:
 If you know what you are posting "may" possibly be a fraud, a scam, or
 "might" be misleading to those whom respond to the ad, and/or you are
 knowingly, willfully, and/or purposely placing this ad to mislead
 others, you should refrain from such activities for that others will
 be very much offended by such activities.   And;

Responding to Messages/Ads:
 If you are responding to ads, If there should be a problem, or if you
 "think" that what has been posted, "maybe" a scam, or a fraud, and you
 have substantiated proof of this, and/or have had negative dealings
 with the particular person and/or business, Email the person placing
 the post/ad Directly. Let them know just how you have been treated by
 this particular person and/or business. And most certainly Forward a
 copy of such complaint or letter to the Systems Operator (SysOp).


You should always be cautious of postings placed for Others.
